Coach Gino and Coach Noreen Eleria founded and established Transcend Life Solutions. As professional Life Coaches and practitioners of Christian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Christian Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), they served together as a husband and wife team in equipping and raising up highly effective professional Life Coaches to address the need of the larger community in need of healing and growth.

With the legacy left by the late Coach Gino, Coach Noreen, together with the Transcend Team continuous on in serving, training, and leading a community of Life Coaches and CBT practitioners based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Coach Gino - Late Founder of Transcend Training

With more than two decades of combined years of experience in the BPO industry, NGO, and the international corporate business setting, Coach Gino Eleria brought to fore his multidisciplinary skill set in the corporate training and employee-engagement arena. As a Director for operations, he had extensive knowledge in process management and business research and analytics gleaned from his tenure in multinational financial firms.

He was a certified Business Process Management practitioner, as well as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He had a degree in Psychology, which he had effectively leveraged within the Customer Service and Organizational Development milieu in arresting attrition and reversing disengagement. He specialized in workforce enhancement and leadership development.

But more than his corporate career accomplishments, Coach Gino stood as an inspirational leader and as a father-figure to many who were in of guidance and healing. By God's grace, and as a follower of Jesus Christ, Coach Gino's achievements as a Master Life Coach is seen in the legacy he left behind - a multitude of healed and transformed lives.

And Coach Gino's legacy goes on as those that he had led and raised up, who are now the Transcend Team, continuously lead and raise up others as well towards growth and healing of hearts and minds.

Coach Noreen - Director & Head Coach

Taking from a combination of corporate training, business, and education experience, Coach Noreen Tamayo-Eleria delivers a diverse and versatile range of expertise to the training industry. With her forte in the field of professional training as the business development lead for a pioneering training provider in the Philippines, wherein which she specialized in developing custom training programs, Noreen has years of solid experience in corporate communications, advertising, marketing for B2B companies.

On top of this, being an education advocate, Noreen is active in socio-civic and community advancement training initiatives. She specializes in education research and program development, with research covering a wide-range of application from local small-to-medium enterprises, academic programs, teacher-training and grass-roots civic programs.

Coach Noreen is the Director of Transcend Life Solutions, which also provide training and certification in Christian CBT-based Life Coaching and lead a community of Christian Life Coaches. She is a professional Life Coach practicing Christian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based Coaching, Christian Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and Integrated Wellness (IW).

In her practice, she addresses burn-out, anxiety, and depression. She also does relationship and family life coaching for local and international clients, in one-on-one, couple, or group workshop life coaching sessions.
