A. Basic Cognitive Behavioral Coaching Course (Self-Application)

​

Participants in this basic program will learn the full CBT coaching skill set needed for personal development, as well as for parenting, pastoral counselling, and other mentoring roles. Aside from the classes, attendees will be required to submit a report on the personal application of CBT principles learned in class.

 

Upon completion of the requirements, attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion from TRANSCEND, and will be accepted into the TRANSCEND community of learners, and be eligible to participate in future batches of this same program.

The program is open to all learners eighteen (18) years old and above, who can take responsibility for understanding and applying the principles and practices learned in the class. Graduates of this program may also opt to certify as a Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach in the future, with the corresponding charges for certification. B. Cognitive Behavioral Coaching Certification Course

​

Participants in this program will also learn the full CBT coaching skill set. Upon completion of the classes, they will be entered into a practicum program wherein they will be given the opportunity to apply CBT principles for themselves, as well to others, for personal development. Those who complete the practicum requirements will receive a CBT Certification with UK Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Credits and a COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL COACHING CERTIFICATION from Transcend Life Solutions.
 

As a Cognitive Behavioral Coach, the participant will be accepted into the TRANSCEND Coaching Network, and will be eligible to enroll in the Neurolinguistic Programming Certification Course.
 

I. QUALIFICATIONS:

​

As we are aspiring to certify Life Coaches with the socio-emotional aptitude and life experience for this vocation, we require our trainees to meet the following qualifications:

​

• Age: At least twenty-six (26) years old and above

• Educational Attainment: Graduate of a at least a Tertiary Level Education two (2) year program course or higher. This includes diplomas, undergraduate and graduate certificates, and bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

• Professional Experience: At least four (4) years of professional work experience

• Good Moral Character: Certificate of Good Moral Character and/or at least two (2) letters of recommendation from non-family members. Preferably from prior and/or current employers; business partners.

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:

​

• Clear copy of valid ID with picture and date of birth. (Valid ID may be any of the following: driver’s license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS)

• Proof of graduation: Copy of Diploma or Transcript of Record (TCG) and/or diploma/certifications

• Curriculum Vitae / Resume 

• Certificate of Good Moral Character and/or at least two (2) letters of recommendation from non-family members. Preferably from prior &/or current employers / business partners.

V. ENROLLMENT

​​

An applicant will be considered enrolled upon completion of registration and payment of fee.

VI. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​​

Attendees are fully responsible for learning and applying the principles to be discussed in class. Participants undergoing clinical treatment are welcome to the join for personal enrichment; however, this class is not to be considered a replacement therapy for those with ongoing treatment, and the attendee remains responsible for their personal progress.

​​

Since the slot in the class will be reserved for the attendee, tuition fee is non-refundable; however fully enrolled participants will have continuous access to future Cognitive Behavioral Coaching classes, when they will be held, at no extra cost.

​

Enrollment is non-transferable and attendees may not share access to the Zoom session with other parties, in respect to and for the protection of, the privacy of all members of the class who will be sharing personal experiences within the duration of the program. Non-compliance is sufficient grounds for removal from the program, without being refunded the tuition fee.

​

Participants are required to have their Zoom video running to be considered present in a specific class. As such, participants are required to have the necessary hardware, software, and Internet connectivity to have their video running.

 

Participants are allowed no more than three (3) absences. Excess absences will disqualify the participant from being eligible for certification with the current batch; they will need to make up for the classes in the future batches.

 

Attendees consent to have their likeness and participation in class recorded for the review videos, and their insights and comments cited in Transcend materials.
 

Participants will be certified upon completion of the registration materials, tuition fee, attendance requirements, and upon passing and meeting the practicum requirements.

• Requirements may be submitted within the duration of the class.  Upon completion of the class, full payment of tuition fee and submission of all requirements is a prerequisite for release of Certificate.
